Aug 12, 2016 · Posted August 12, 2016. no known issues as such, a lot depends on the state of charge of battery, and if battery is a few yrs old then chances are its not keeping its charge sufficiently to let stop start work. one or two on here have had battery monitoring sensor issues which after replacement fix there cars.

Sep 11, 2019 · TheOneAndOnly. Having an issue with my S-Max recently where it could start and run no problem for a few days (or more) then intermitenly not start, even if left over night. It then may start after 2-5 goes of turning over. I've gone to two mechanics, full service, brand new battery, diagnosic computers show no codes at all.
